I work with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life-changes. Utilizing emotionally focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, somatic practices, and EMDR, I help clients make sense of their life experiences, foster greater self-awareness, and develop a new-found confidence and a sense of empowerment. In a supportive and collaborative therapy space, my clients explore how the past informs their experience of the world today and what they need and long for in their lives. By connecting to the body’s felt-sense, clients have an opportunity to develop deeper emotional awareness and identify unmet needs. This creates an opportunity to learn new paths toward self-compassion and the setting of healthy boundaries.

When working with couples and families through an emotionally focused lens, partners and family members are offered a rich experience of understanding any negative interaction patterns within their relationships, sharing their emotions, and developing a greater level of empathy for one another. Through this attachment-focused therapy approach, couples and families find new constructive ways to respond to one another and develop healthy emotional bonds.
I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology (MCP) from Adler University in Vancouver, and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#20175).

I believe each person already holds the seeds of their own solutions. What’s often missing is a safe enough space to sit with life’s hardest questions and uncertainties. My role as a counsellor is to offer that space through attentive listening, empathetic support, and a steady, nonjudgmental presence, so you can move through your journey with more clarity, functionality, and authenticity.

I completed the Professional Counselling Diploma Program at Rhodes Wellness College and am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association. I have advanced training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy with Individuals, Couples, and Families and am pursuing certification in this modality. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Somatic Therapy to meet clients where they are — whether that means working through communication and connection, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, or reconnecting with the wisdom held in the body.

I am here to support you through difficult chapters and to help you reconnect with yourself, your life, and the people you love

we strive to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all
