Life happens! Our clinic cancellation policy offers free cancellations outside of a 48 hour window of your upcoming appointment. You can cancel directly on our booking website, or contact the clinic to cancel. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, please note that there may be a cancellation fee (equivalent to the fee of the session), as your timeslot may have been offered to another client who needs it. If you need to cancel because of an unexpected emergency, please contact your counsellor directly.
If your session is in-person, you are always welcome to switch to a virtual appointment. Please contact your counsellor to request the switch.
