Life is hard at times. Despite technology’s efforts to make our lives simpler, many of us find ourselves overwhelmed with distractions, stressed by responsibilities and yet starved for connection. It can become easy to lose touch with who we are and what matters to us.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a passion for parenting, relationships, attachment, healing and personal growth. My work is about supporting people as they make peace with themselves and navigate their way out of anxiety, depression, addictions, disordered eating, and other coping strategies that no longer serve them. I am privileged to witness clients repair their relationships and heal from past emotional injuries and traumas. I see youth, adults, couples and families in my practice.
